Detox doesn't take anyone's position — it augments everyone on the project, and takes over a job we believe no human was doing well, or at all. People keep the strategic roles, the real work, and the final word. Our product exists to help them do their best work — not to make them replaceable.

Most B2B software is built to win a contract, not to be loved. We think that's backwards. We believe in craftsmanship as a discipline: every part of this product — the onboarding, the way it feels, even the pricing — is designed to exceed expectations, not just meet them. We listen to our customers obsessively. And we also believe the best way to serve them is to lead the market, not follow it — to have a voice of our own, to innovate, and to make the hard choices that no request list would ever ask for.
